Bonded Tennessee Whiskey

In the Spring of 2022, Jack Daniel’s announced a new Bonded Series that was set to be released globally. This is one of two expressions that debuted in the United States at that time and became a permanent fixture in the Jack Daniel’s lineup. This 100 proof expression got its look from the original design of the bottle used in 1895 and can be found both in a 700ml and 1L size, depending on your location.

When describing this bottle in the official press release, Jack Daniel’s stated, “As stipulated by the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, a bonded whiskey must be distilled by a single distiller during a single season, matured in a government bonded warehouse for at least four years and bottled at 100 proof.”

Additional information about this bottle will be provided in Volume III of the Jack Daniel’s Bottle Collector’s Guide which has an anticipated release in 2024.

Bonded Rye Tennessee Whiskey

Released in the Spring of 2022, this is one of two new permanent expressions in the Bonded Series with notes of caramel, rich oak, and spice.

Single Barrel Rye first became available in January of 2016 and is now part of the Single Barrel Collection.

The Jack Daniel Distillery states that less than five-tenths of one percent of their whiskey is deemed worthy of the Single Barrel distinction.

Tennessee Apple

Described as Old No. 7 whiskey coupled with crisp green apple, Tennessee Apple was the 3rd flavored whiskey added to the Jack Daniel’s line since 2011.

Tennessee Fire

Described as Old No. 7 whiskey with the heat and spice of a red hot cinnamon liqueur, Tennessee Fire was the 2nd flavored whiskey added to the Jack Daniel’s line in just a 3 year period.

Tennessee Honey

For the first time since Gentleman Jack made its debut in 1988, Jack Daniel’s released a new brand entering into the flavored whiskey market in the spring of 2011.

Tennessee Straight Rye (DISCONTINUED)

October of 2017 brought about the latest new whiskey in the Jack Daniel’s line. It was then that Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey made its debut.

Triple Mash Blended Straight Whiskey

Released in the Spring of 2022, this is one of two new permanent expressions in the Bonded Series with notes of honey, malt, and soft oak.
