This new extension of the Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands honors the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 which certified the quality of whiskey being made at that time.
The whiskey found in the Hickory Smoked bottle has a smoky flavor as a result of maturing in barrels with charred hickory staves.
The High Angel’s Share Barrel bottle was named for the higher than normal evaporation (or angel’s share) that occurred during the aging process.
Bottled at 100 proof and released as a 750ml Single Barrel in the Fall of 2018, only 200 barrels were used for this limited Single Barrel Special Release.
This bottle showcases a label that Jack Daniel’s used sometime before 1904.
