Released in the Fall of 2023, this new 1 liter bottle by Jack Daniel’s took American Single Malt whiskey which was aged in white oak barrels for 5 years and then finished it in Oloroso Sherry Casks for another 3 years. This is similar to the 2022 Twice Barreled Special Release bottle, but is 90 proof instead. Additionally, this new product can only be found in select duty free stores around the world. While there are plans to eventually have an American Single Malt Whiskey widely available in the United States, this has not yet happened.
Additional information about this bottle will be provided in Volume III of the Jack Daniel’s Bottle Collector’s Guide which has an anticipated release in 2024.
