The 15th selection in the limited release Distillery Series became available in September of 2025 and was sold exclusively at the Jack Daniel Distillery and at select liquor stores around the state of Tennessee.
Sold in a 375ml bottle, the full name of this release is Sweet Mash Straight Tennessee Whiskey. Selected by Taster and Quality Control Manager Kathy Thurmond, this whiskey barreled in 2016 and aged on the top floor of the barrel houses. The description on the side of the bottle states, “Crafted annually to begin the distilling season, the unique sweet mash process creates a subtle flavor difference that results in rich butterscotch notes and undertones of pecan, berry and caramel.”
