For the first time since Gentleman Jack made its debut in 1988, Jack Daniel’s released a new brand of whiskey in the spring of 2011. In an effort to appeal to the female market and new whiskey drinkers, this new brand blends Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey with a honey liqueur, thus creating Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey. This 70 proof whiskey keeps the traditional Jack Daniel’s flavor but has a smoother and sweeter taste than the other brands.
